ACT or SAT Tests: How far in advance should I begin to prep?

In general, the ideal timing to prep for the ACT or SAT Tests is 3 months prior to the test date.

So many times parents and students come to me a month before and broach the topic of when they should start to prep. Although I would say not prepping at all is not the direction anyone should take, ideally and to maximize your scores, start your prep 3 months prior. That’s right, 3 months, so those students who are rising juniors or rising seniors, this summer is the perfect time to begin your prep for the ACT or SAT that is being offered in September of October.

Don’t wait, don’t hesitate, start now!
